How it works for you
No portal, no password, no retyping. Quote requests arrive by email as a structured brief: items and quantities, dates, the site's real facts (power, access, ground), and the organiser's timeline. One click opens a reply page where you price it, message the organiser or decline. That is the whole workflow.
Your capability matrix is your ranking. Tell us everything you can supply across our 22 categories, with capacity notes. When the optimiser assembles a minimum package for an event, suppliers who cover more items from a closer depot win the slot. Breadth and proximity beat advertising spend here, by design.
The work is qualified before it reaches you. Every brief has a real date, a real site and a complete kit list behind it: no "just wondering about prices" forms. You see exactly what the job is before you spend a minute on it.

What does it cost to be listed on EventSpeed?
Being listed and claiming your profile is free, permanently. Paid tiers (Solo, Crew, Fleet) add optimiser priority, analytics and lead features on top: founding members lock in 50% off the standard rates for as long as they stay subscribed.
How do quote requests reach me?
By email, with no login required: each request is a structured brief (items, quantities, dates, site facts, access notes) with a magic link to reply, quote or decline in one page. If you can answer an email, you can win work here.
What is the capability matrix?
A map of exactly what you can supply across our categories, with capacity notes (for example "frame marquees to 40m" or "toilets: 60 units"). The optimiser uses it to build minimum-supplier packages, so the more you can cover, the more packages you appear in.
Why does covering more items rank me higher?
EventSpeed solves for the fewest suppliers who can cover a whole event. A supplier who covers six items from one depot beats six single-item suppliers on deliveries, invoices and organiser sanity, so the maths naturally favours breadth. That is the point of the platform.
Which areas are you launching in?
The launch corridor is Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and the M4 belt: 44 towns from Oxford and Banbury across to Cheltenham and down to Newbury and Reading. Expansion is county by county after that; join from anywhere and you are queued for your patch.
